Kendred Wellness utilizes a variety of meditation, imagery and energy practices to reduce suffering and increase peace and purpose in one's daily life.
Clinical Meditation & Imagery is not Guided Imagery. Guided imagery tells the us what they are supposed to experience and ignores the creative power of the imagination and individual differences among us. In comparison, Clinical Meditation and Imagery allows us to draw on our own imagery experiences to have a deeper insight into self-healing and understanding.

The physical benefits of meditation are well documented. Positive changes include decreases in heart rate, blood pressure, blood lactate levels associated with anxiety, muscle tension, and insomnia.
